Yama KidSilk 3 skein bundle

This bundle includes 3 x 50gram skeins of Yama KidSilk in 3 different colourways (including 1 variegated) from the September 2023 collection. Use in colourwork, stripes, fades or in combination with colourways that you may already have..a fun way to add to your Yama stash!

Yama KidSilk is a luxurious South African lace weight yarn. Next to skin soft with gorgeous lustre and halo. Hold two strands together for a light yet warm garment or combine with other Yama yarns for a romantic, dreamy fabric.

KidSilk colourways are often not repeated, please make sure to purchase enough yarn to complete your project and remember to alternate skeins when working on larger pieces of fabric. Variegated skeins take more effort to produce and are charged for a little extra. Note that the skeins you receive may not be the identical skeins from the photograph.

Care Instructions: I recommend hand washing in cool water. Do not agitate the fibres. Soak in a wool wash and rinse in clean water with a drop of essential oil. Roll in a towel to get the water out and dry flat.

Note that the darker saturated colourways can give off some residual dye on the hands while knitting, this is called “crocking”, read about it on the “Care Instructions” page under Info in the main menu.
