Yama Merino Linen Worsted is the even cosier version of Yama Merino Linen Singles. The soft ply and linen fibres give this yarn a rustic, almost handspun character. Next to skin soft and suitable for projects such as sweaters, shawls and hats. Great stitch definition for stranded colourwork projects. TIP! Hold Yama Merino Linen Singles double for creating a marled or fading colourwork yoke, with one strand of Worsted for the main body of a sweater!
Most colourways are not intended to repeat the same, and even for the colourways that do come around often, batches can vary quite alot ~ please make sure to purchase enough yarn to complete your project. There are variations within batches as well, please remember to alternate skeins when working on larger pieces of fabric. Variegated and speckled skeins take more effort to produce and are charged for a little extra. Each skein is unique therefore the skeins you receive may not be the identical ones form the photograph.

Care Instructions:
Garments can be machine washed on a gentle cycle however I recommend hand washing in cool water. Soak in a wool wash and rinse in clean water with a drop of essential oil. Roll in a towel to get the water out and dry flat. Also see “Care Instructions” under Info in the main menu.
Note that darker, more saturated colourways (especially browns and blues) can give off some residual dye on the hands while knitting, even though the wash and rinse water ran clear. This is called “crocking”, read about it on the “Care Instructions” page under Info in the main menu.
