Yama Merino Linen Worsted undyed skeins

These skeins are undyed, rinsed and ready to be knitted. Use as a strong contrast pop in colour work or even as the main colour of a sweater as in the Avena sweater pattern by Jenn Steingass.

Yama Merino Linen Worsted is the even cosier version of my Merino Linen Singles. The soft ply and linen fibres give this yarn a rustic, almost handspun character. Next to skin soft and suitable for projects such as sweaters, shawls and hats. Great stitch definition for stranded colourwork projects. TIP! Hold Yama Merino Linen Singles double for creating a marled or fading colourwork yoke, with one strand of Worsted for the main body of a sweater!

Dye batches vary, please make sure to purchase enough yarn to complete your project. There are also variation within batches, please remember to alternate skeins when working on larger pieces of fabric. Variegated skeins take more effort to produce ~ those are charged for a little extra. The skeins you receive may not be the identical skeins form the photograph.
